Another week has passed us by and we had a ton of fun with family and friends. We visited Grandma and Grandpa on Tuesday and Esme was getting lots of snuggles.
Parker's favorite toys continue to be Esme's things. He love sitting in her car seat and bouncy seat.
We headed out for a last minute play date with friends at the Mall of America today. They have a new Clifford the Big Red Dog exhibit and Parker loved it!
Mary was super cute with Esme!
Esme has had a big week! She is starting to coo a lot more and is getting very strong! She even rolled over for the first time on Monday! Pretty impressive that she is keeping up with her brother. He was only one day younger when he rolled over!
It can be hard to remember what Parker looked like at the same age, so we recreated a photo last night with Esme in the same jammies. Both of us thought they looked more alike than this picture shows. It will be fun to see how she changes in the months to come.
It was another good week for weight gain as well and she is now 9 lbs. 13 oz. I am getting pretty close to the limit of my kitchen scale, so I probably won't be able to get as accurate of results in the future. She has her 2 month check up next week and we will get to see where she is on the growth charts.
She is also showing so much more emotion in her face. We get the occasional real smile and they are the best!
