Parker and I had quite the social evening last night! First, we went to dinner with our cousins, Lacey and Carter! A mommy/son date. We went to Houlihan's and it was delicious. My favorite thing on the menu is French Onion Soup! I paired it with a pot roast slider and it made a perfect meal. It was also great to catch up with Lacey, it had been far too long!
Carter was not quite sure what to think of Parker. He was curious...

Then a little scared at his craziness!
It was fun to get the boys together and look forward to doing it again soon.
I made plans with Lacey prior to finding out about our neighborhood's National Night Out event. Luckily, we had an early dinner and were able to stop buy for a bit still. We arrived just in time for the fire truck to show up! If you remember, Parker was not a fan of going in the truck at the waffle breakfast, so it took him a bit to warm up!
Eventually, I was even able to get him to stand on the back and we got a great picture with his pal Kasa!
Maybe next year he will actually go in it...
