Here comes the sun!

It has been a very wet start to summer here in Minnesota with over 11" of rain in June!  We were only .32" from breaking the all-time record for the month.  Luckily, it started to dry out a bit the last several days and we have been taking advantage with lots of time outside!

 The swings are Parker's favorite right now and he got to try out a couple different kinds at this park!

 We were even able to get a family selfie on the swings!

This was a Friday night so there was a lot of airplane traffic overhead.  Both of my boys like watching them go by!

Parker is getting braver with every trip to the park.  This was the first time he tried climbing and the first time he has gone through a tunnel on his own!

We were at my parents again this weekend and had to go for another ride!  He loves when we go fast.  The picture below makes my heart melt.  He looks like such a big boy sitting between us!

 We even squeezed in a fun play date with our buddy Isaac!

Even when we can't get outside he gravitates to the window to watch the neighborhood activity.

All the outside time has been making naps easier too.  Not to much concern with the position in which he falls asleep!

Things are still pretty soggy around here, so I hope the sun sticks around!
