Reunited and it feels so good! I was finally reunited fully in person with the kids on Friday. We stayed one more night at my parents to give a little more separation from Jimmy. He is beyond his 5 day preliminary stage, but it doesn't hurt to stay away a bit longer. We had freezies, twister rides, and ice cream.
Grandpa and Nana went to the lake earlier in the day and Esme wanted to help carry the cooler up to the house.
We made a stop at the playground even though it was a misty morning. We didn't stay long, but it was another time burn.
Back at home, we had a fun weekend together. Esme loved the mint chocolate cookie from Crumbl and we made out own patriotic M&M cookies.
We had a Sunday Funday family service at church. Esme loves bean bag toss.
We swam and got the pool ready for the parent's week away coming up. We got these crab goggles earlier this summer, but Esme recently started liking them recently. Mei Mei looks cute in them too.
Monday was Dairy Queen day at Adventure Club. She's been pretty clingy after being away so long. Monday night she crawled in to our bed and fell asleep. She really didn't want us to leave...
