The Country Grandpa

Jimmy grew up in the city and I grew up in the "country." I use quotes because country can be subjective. Parker will most likely consider it the country when he gets older. After church today Parker and I went for a visit to the "country." There are lots of trees to play in, a huge yard, swing set and sandbox, and a creek that runs through the back of their land. My dad recently built a new bridge and Parker got to be the first to "walk" across! My nephew got the honors the last time my dad built a bridge. I am so glad I brought my phone for the ride because I got some really great pictures! I hope the place where I grew up will bring Parker some great memories too!
