Mid-December Mixer

Esme got a make your own bracelet kit in her stocking last week.  She put two of them together to make a headband.
I had dinner with my friend, John, this week and he got the kids some cuddly stuffies that can be heated up in the microwave.  Esme loves snuggling with her reindeer.
Parker was being silly and swinging outside in the cold.
We got takeout for date night on Friday from Cheesecake Factory.  We gambled on cheesecake roulette again and won with their seasonal peppermint variety.  It was so tasty.
The kids sang at chruch again yesterday morning.  Esme has been practicing for weeks and did great.  Parker also did a great job standing in one spot with no support person next to him.
Parker had his annual physical and pre-op for an upcoming MRI.  He was nervous, but watched Daniel Tiger at the doctor to help him get through.
Here is another one of his engineering feats.  He created a little nozzle for our basement heater.
Esme's class had "adopted" a cow from a local farm.  They learn about cows and dairy.  They have a stuffed cow that will get to go home wiht each student.  Esme enjoyed playing Mouse Trap and reading a book to Dottie.
She had a week of dress-up days and here is sports day with some fellow Vikings fans in her class.
My work switched out our annual holiday potluck for a catered meal.  It was a tasty spread from PF Chang's, but not as fun as a potluck.
I still got to sport my festive holiday wear!
Lastly, here is a silly video of Esme dancing!
