Esme was invited to a classmate's birthday party on Saturday afternoon. We were only home from Wisconsin about 30 minutes before having to head out. We'd never been to the KUBE in Plymouth before, but it was awesome! It had some traditional playground equipment and some wild and crazy stuff. This huge climbing tower was epic. I was surprised how quickly Esme made her way to the top.
After an hour of playing, we had cake and watched the birthday boy open presents. I also saw another mom that looked familiar and we realized our girls were in ECFE together as toddlers. It was fun to catch up and reconnect.
All the kids wanted to see all the gifts. It was hard to keep them back.
Esme had a great time playing with school friends and conked out on the couch 45 minutes before bedtime. Saturday success!
