Esme and I had a girls night out at the Twins game on Friday. They had some deals on snacks so we loaded up for $10!
We had a threat of rain for most of the day and it started to spit as the game started. We just moved up a few rows to be protected by the canopy. Ice cream helmet for the win!
We ended up bouncing around to a few different sections then left in the 8th when there was a stronger system coming. it started sprinkling just as we walked in to the parking ramp and down poured on our drive home. I hope to have more girls nights at the ballpark next year.
There was a women's fall kickoff event at church on Saturday. The main event was a speed dating sort of thing where we got to know each other. I knew most of the women, but made a few new connections. It was a very fun morning.
The baloon decor was still up for church the next morning and we got a family picture.
