Disney World: Epcot Part 1

We headed to Epcot for our second park day.  Esme started out in her Rapunzel dress, but ended up changing in to a cooler outfit due to the heat.  Just the 3 of us started the day there.
Nemo and Friends ride.
Moana walk through experience.
Both kids were given some money to spend at the resorts and Esme got this giant Pua (from Moana) stuffy!
We headed towards World Showcase where we had an 11:30 brunch reservation at Akurshus in the Norway Pavilion.
This is one of several princess dining experiences and I was as excited as she was!  We chose this one because it's easier to schedule and has a better spread of food that Esme would enjoy.  They start with a fruit bowl, pastries, and charcuterie.
Then it's followed up with waffles, potato bake, eggs, sausage, and bacon.  All the food can be refilled upon request and you are guaranteed to see 5 different princesses.  Aurora (Sleeping Beauty) was our first visitor.
Followed by Belle and Tiana.
Jimm and I got birthday cupcakes!
Then we saw Snow White and Ariel!  I had to get in on the picture with Ariel since I had a Sebastian shirt on.
Pua had a seat at the table with us and Esme and thought it was funny to feed him bacon.  It was such a fun meal!
Parker and my mom arrived after lunch and we headed towards the Guardians of the Galaxy ride.  This is one of the busiest and best rated rides at Epcot and it lived up to the hype!  The rides at Disney are not like your standard theme park.
Nest up was Mission: Space.  We opted to go on the more intense version and it was INTENSE!  Those g-forces were no joke!
We headed back to Norway for the Frozen Ever After ride and snacks from Kringla Bakeri Og Cafe
The kids loved the chocolate chip cookie and the rest of us shared some lefse and the famous "School Bread." This is a roll stuffed with bavarian cream and covered in coconut!
The kids were ready to head back to the resort, but we were able to snag a family pick and some snacks before they left with my mom.  We had a super sweet interaction with a young many working the snack stand.  He observed Parker choosing his beverage and asked if he was on the autism spectrum.  I said yes and he followed up with "do you know who else is on the autism spectrum? Me!"  He had some of the same stims that Parker does and it really warmed my heart to see him working in such a magical place.
We took Parker through the Moana water experience before sending them back on the bus.
Up Next: Jimmy and Lesa around the world at Epcot!
