A few more samplings from last month. My mom finally decided to repaint my childhood bedroom. I painted this design myself in middle school to match my sheets at the time. It was so unique and I was very proud of it. My 3 year old nephews also love it and were very sad to see it go. she also parted with the futon bunkbed that's been in there for almost 30 years.
Esme has been boosting her life skills around the house and learned to make a grilled cheese by herself from start to finish!
I joined a sand volleyball league this fall and it's been so fun! I have long had a dream of being on a team, but never knew enough people to make one. I got connected through our new neighbors. Esme had a great time playing with her new friends while their parents played volleyball.
This year's football food is DIPS!
Week 1 was Giardiniera Dip with a 27-24 victory over the Chicago Bears
Week 2 was Pimento Cheese and a 6-22 loss to the Atlanta Falcons
Week 3 brought us Skyline Chili Dip and a 48-10 victory over the Cincinnatti Bengals.
Jimmy is already in cream cheese overload, but it should be a tasty season!
